excellent rooms and service!
shuttle service really good location friendly staff
The staff provided shuttle service to transport. i felt that nothing was too much trouble. the location and attention to detail were also really good. Nothing was too much trouble. the staff were all super friendly and accommodating.
the main restaurant is closed over the evening weekend and mondays. it was a snacky bar menu at night. this was ok but not a particularly comfortable environment to eat a meal in especially after a long journey!

my room was beautifully appointed. i appreciated the underfloor heating in the bathroom, it provided a nice touch. i slept very well in a comfortable bed and the wifi is secure. it is super fast.

There is a cafe and deli a few minutes walk from the hotel. It opens at 10. the cafe offered a great selection for vegans and vegetarians. breakfast was exquisite and the staff at the lounge restaurant were friendly.

the staff could not do enough to, they were really nice. every meal i had at the hotel was amazing, including at the eyas restaurant. the team supplied a shuttle service to and from transport.

underfloor heating fast wifi
i stayed in the beautiful double room. the underfloor heating in the bathroom felt really nice. the wifi was secure, also it was super fast. emailing was easy.

faulty charger limited information
i was disappointed to find that the ev charger did not work i had to find an alternative location to charge my car the location being closed also meant no restaurant was available for breakfast or dinner on-site a deli nearby was the only option.
